Bught Rotorworks rotors and Axxis pads.....pics inside

his feedback shows that someones rotors warped anc cracked on the next day...this mean anything for the quality or we think the guy got one bad set, or he just messed up the install or something. I just like to be sure of things before I go out and buy brakes since they are kind of important hehe. But they do look awesome. Good luck and let us know ASAP!

yeah, he toold me it's fully worrantied.
if anything, jus bring them back.

my friends have used metal masters.....and never complained that they dust a lot.
plus i dont think anything dusts as much as stock pads...

wow! anyone know anything performance wise about those pads? those look so hot!

EDIT: these seem to have great reviews for street/light track apps(what they were made for). when my stockers give out, I think I'll be jumping on this set.

yeah, i researched these pretty well.
read a lot of reviews.

there were group buys on other boards for these rotors and people were happy.

If your worried about rotor cracks, then this is the set to buy. Any rotor with cross drilled holes are more susceptable to cracking.

If they offered these rotors (slotted only) then I would jump all over it.

Cross drilling only helps remove heat from the disc, so unless you are track racing you wont need these. Cross drilled is not needed for normal street or auto-x driving.

(shocked) Beautiful, just beautiful! I bet the black rotor hub will look much better than my rusted ones. (rockon)

[threadjack] don't slotted rotors eat up brake pads faster? [/threadjack]

So Dr.Sound have you had a chance to install these yet? I want to see how they perform and look on the msp

heat was the thing that warped my stock rotors in the first place.
this time i wanted to prevent that.

Congrats, great stuff! Have you got the links to those reviews? Do you know who makes them?
Have fun with your new rotors! :)

thanks :)
they feel good so far.
no grinding and pulsation like the stockers.
BUT, i havent driven far on them yet.....we just went for a 5 block run after the install to see if everything is ok.
there is still sound coming from the brakes, but this is because they havent set in yet.

i've been feeling crappy last few days, so i dont thing i'll go anywhere tonight, maybe tomorrow i'll take them for a longer run.

i'll let u guys know.

damn, couldnt help it.....went for a drive.

30-40 min, ran it hard.....WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!
perfect, smouth braking.
still noisy, but noise almost went away by the time i got home.

rotorworks guy (Jimmy) told me that they will be noisy for 200-300 miles.
