Broken engine mount question...

I think I have a broken motor mount. My car vibrates like crazy. Is this something that I will be able to see visually? For those guys that have had this problem, could you see a gap in the mount or what?

make a custom engine brace from the body to the engine(after you fix the mounts if thats the problem) you shouldnt break anymore mounts after that

My when looking in the engine bay, I can pull the throttle cable, and watch the engine sit still. All my buddies with the stock motor mounts, the engine shakes back and forth.
