broken bov vaccum line. HELP!

hi guys. i need your help i just installed my new AME cold air intake on a 03 msp, but i acidently broke the plastic peice vaccum line that connects the blowoff vavle to the turbo and to the manifold. i tried to use electric tape as you can see in the picture but the car died a couple of times. i tried to seach for the part but i cant seem to find it. pls help me to fix this problem. thanks for the help.

dude you can get the "t" at any harware shop for like 3 dollars, or you can go to autozone, they sell them, and why do u have electrical tape on the vac line?
