Brake Pad Clips

I am going to be replacing my front pads and rotors tomorrow - do I really need new brake pad retaining clips or can I use the ones that are on the existing pads (assuming they are in good shape)? The Centric pads didn't come with clips, and I don't want to have to run to the dealer tomorrow. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I just cleaned and re-used hardware, but did use disk brake quiet on shims and greese on the caliper pins.

Thanks for the reply - all went well- used the old clips and clip/spring. I went with your set-up, too. Warped rotor is gone and wife is happy (and I was happy to avoid the stealership).
