Ok, I'm an old school NA motor builder, I don't know s*** about FI. Other then the cool sound does a BOV give benefits?

a working one relieves air pressure in your pipes so that you don't blow the motor or the turbo seals. It's there to balance air pressure...that's more simpler.

Is this a hard install? And can you guys recommend a few to me. There is just something about the BOV sound that I love. LOL I'm a new Turbo owner.

For our cars...No its not good because of the way are motors are tuned but in some cars there good but not ours...go ahead and search around theres tons of threads about it!

If i were you i would get the MS CAI and the new Forge Bypass Valve...that will give you the sound and wont hurt your car or make it run ruff.

sorta true. the VTA's arent good for the car, not really that bad though. If you are gonna get one just make sure it is running in recirc mode

vta is no good period.
i notice much better throttle resonse with the forge valve.
you wont gain power so to speak (no hp or tq gains) but by reducing lag between shifts the car is faster.

do you really notice less turbo lag with the forge, or is it just perceived do you think? i'm thinking about getting it.

Turbo XS Hybrid. Sounds great and doesnt creeate any issues. Its a 4 minute install. Very simple.

Ok, what is a recirc?
recirc is just short for recirculating, best way to run a bov is the recirculate the air to the motor and not vent to air (VTA) at least with these cars it is best because the air that is blown from the valve is metered. some cars dont meter the air so u can VTA and have more sound without effecting performance or drivability.

So, can I get a part that will do that?

What's something like this cost? I'm afraid to ask. I notice a small rang where the car pulls like crazy, I would guess it's about 3k rpm. Before that it's pretty weak it mellows in the higher RPM's but still pulls also in between shifts it bogs a little, will this fix the problem? I'm guessing it's just the time the turbo takes to spool.

the lag is very noticably reduced. all the others using it notice this as well.
