bov chirp

i have run 3 different bov setups thus far, in addition to the stock setup: 1st gen DSM bov venting+stock bpv; greddy type-s venting; and now a turboxs rfl venting, and no matter what my bov situation is, i always get one turkey chirp before my valve actually goes off. even when i had my type-s and i was messing around with my mbc and accidentally hit 15psi, it STILL chirped once, albeit much louder and high pitched, and then blew off. what's the deal? i was thinking about adding a bpv to my current setup (my fmic kit only has a bov flange, no bpv). would that help get rid of the chirp? what about moving the bov to the hotside pipe, instead of the coldside one that it's on now?

what pipe do you have the BOV on? With a Forge on the turbo to IC pipe and hardpipes I killed the turk.

my HKS SSQV will still kinda flutter if i'm not into boost... but you have to realize that i'm blowing off at about -10 to -15 vac when this happens. If it hits boost... its just a PSHHHHHHHHH!

what pipe is yours located on? mine gobbles when i'm not in boost too, i'm fine with that. it's when i'm at full boost and it still chirps just once before it blows off, even at 15psi. i dont get it.

charge pipe to the throttle body... my BOV is welded on down close to the IC core, furthest away from the TB position... I am running a MAP sensor also, no more MAF, which may have something to do with it.
