Wow this guy sounds awesome and really hardcore.

For me to poop on.

I'm just guessing, but I think it was directed at the dummy that this thread is all about in the first place...BOOM! Kids....

hello there... i dont know whats everyones problem but your like monkey see monkey do.... everybody is like hes gonna blow his engine, by the end of 1/4 hes gonna blow it.. ohh mu god people its his car let him blow it... but anyway let me return to my question....is the engine(pistons, rings, etc..) same as stock 2.0 or is it beefed up for turbo application as in mx6 platform (F2 vs. F2T)???? cause so far i'm running around NYC in 15psis and i see no problem.. my stock F2T was capabable of handling 22psi....so whats up with blowing the engine??

There was no work done to the block to handle the extra boost.... at 15psi you're at the upper treshold for a stock application. I'm hoping that you have FMIC and at least a catback....

Yeah, your F2T also had the smallest turbo known to man that flows a whopping 190 cfm.

edit: Also loses efficiency after 14-15 psi.

your guys making me laugh.. if that turbo is smallest known to man kind what is VWs 1.8T turbo???? a giant..???? thats the smalles one ive ever seen and once you chip the VW you can pull 18-19 psi on it... i 've pulled 17-18 psi on F2Ts stock turbo no problem with a IC upgrade, so stop saying S&it....MSP turbo is so big it can handle 18-20psi no prob(plus with ceramic ball bearing, no wander it spools so fast), secondly that engine is NOT stock from MP5, or MP3 is beefed up 2.0(ie. compression ratio) so stop crying that anybody will blow up thier engine, cause nobody will unless you run lean or make your timing advanced so much that it will swallow its valves even before you hit any boost.......just wanted to test you guys of your knowledge about mazdas but so far it seems nobody knows what they are driving..HAPPY BOOSTING....

^^not sure if you were making statements or questions, 1)t25 on the msp is good for 15psi tops, not 18-20(not sure if that was a statement or not)
2) 2.0 is not compression ratio...
again i have no idea if you were making statements or questions...

oh and the msp engine is the same as the mp5, mp3, different ecu but it has the same internals, not sure if you were asking a question on that also...9.1:1 compression if im correct.

actually I WAS making a statement.....
1)T25 can be used much more resourcefull that 15psi(been there 3 years ago and i did that)
2) 2.0 is NOT a compression ratio, but by satying EI i meant look at the compression ratios on MP5 and MSP....
3)no s*** they are the same to an untrained eye....they are 2.0s, the ECU definitealy gotta be different cause one is turbo and one is not, and trust most definitely the internals are NOT the same.....
