I am about to install my autometer gauges into my MSP it seems like there is not a tight fit between the vacuum hose and the adapter. Am i supposed to tighten the sealing nut enough to crush the ferrule?

It also says "Some lae model vehicles use electronic sensors in their pressure and temperature senders for engine control functions. Is the Mazda speed like this and if so are there a different set of directions that i need to install the oil pressure gauge and the voltage gauge.

I tried to search on the site for help with the install but i could not find anything usefull

you definitely dont want to crush the ferrul, which end are you not getting a seal on, the gauge side or where you T the vaccuum line in. Also with your voltage gauge all you need to do is hook into a power lead anywhere in the car, just make sure it is a switched lead not a constant. As far as oil pressure goes I know the msp has a dummy light which means it has an electrical sensor which would light up if you lose pressure. So a manual gauge will not work you would need a electrical oil pressure gauge, then you could just put the sending wire on the existing sensor in the car.

Yes, They Work.... But I Don't Know Why You Would Want Oil Running Into The Cabin Of Your Car, Unless It Was A Race Only Vehicle.
