I got my car back from the body shop yesterday, after they had my car for a week to replace my rear bumper due to someone hitting me in a parking lot at work. Anyways after I got my car back let her warm up even though the weather was nice (68). I started to give it a little gas in the lot to reverse out of the spot they left her in an I looked in my mirror and I saw a cloud of what appeared to be blue or light blue smoke. Now the car was not acting funny or anything, I went to fill up on gas and put my foot down to have a little fun sense I'd been driving around in a mazda6, which was not fun at all haha. After some fun driving, I didn't see any smoke or anything, but then it started to smell like gas. Now their was an old car behind me so I couldn't really tell if it was his car or my car, so I pulled up about half a mile later and the car sounded fine, with no smoke to be seen. Then later that night I went out to grab a bite to eat and my friend who saw me leave said he saw some smoke coming from my exhaust also and he swears it was blue. So can some of you guys tell me what could be causing this, because I don't have a downpipe, my mod list is my sig. I know that blue smoke means that the car is burning oil so I'm very concerned. I'm going for an oil change today, it's about that time I get one anyways and I'm going to see what mazda has to say about it, my dealership knows all the mods on the car I have except the cobb ap. Thanks for any information!
