does ne one know how to get rid of the turkey with the ion fmic since the pipes are stainles steel all the welding shops will charge me alot for welding that since it not steel i have a turbo xs h 34 and im jus wondering please help!

how much can it cost for them to weld a simple flange? If you already have the Turbo XS I would get someone to weld it on there.

Other than that you could go with the Forge unit but I would stick with what you have

Yeah, I don't really think they are gonna charge you a lot more to weld a flange to stainless than what they would charge for steel on to steel. Just remember, if you do have the flange welded on you compromise the integrity of the stainless steel at the bead of the weld. In other words, it will rust in time. I would suggest you save for a little while so you can afford to get the weld done as well as getting the pipe powder coated both inside and out side, if possible, with a high quality and heat resistant powder coat.

It wont rust if he gets it TIG welded with the right filler and rod which is why it costs more.
Really? Good to know. The guy I talked to gave me the info. I stated. I'll have to look around for a good shop to weld it the right way.

:wtf: I had my Greddy Type-S flange welded, and the BOV installed for $35 or $40...
