Blank Infotainment CX9

i had black screen twice, but just restarted car no issue. but today i started car, and got a black screen. i had even pulled over after a few minutes to try & restart, but nothing happened. initially the radio was working, but after i stopped to restart car, the radio did not work. about 10 minutes later everything started to slowly pop up on the screen. about 5-10 minutes b/4 i got to work everything was fine. I had blank screen several times (2016 CX-9 GT) but they were after installing AIO tweek with speedometer APP running. I cannot get the screen back after 3-button rebooting. All I have after rebooting is making the touch back. They all happened in the winter so it might due to the overheating of the center stack from the A/C.

I also experienced auto reboot every time driving to Chicago. There must be something went wrong in this navagation/map.

I've never upgraded the SW version.
