I dont think they fit the protege5 with the low and high beam bulbs seperate...these are 1 bulb like the msp...I always feel better when I do a mod and save alot of money$$$$$ hahahaha

Yessir! I think there's a how-to. I haven't done it yet,

Apparently to help speed up the engine and cats heating up, the coolant system runs through the throttle body. So it heats up the air charge.

Sort of an anti-performance measure, just like the VTCS flaps.
Damn emissions! Damn you to hell!
