Glad to have started your dream of once owning a shorty antenna (lol2). I haven't purchased it as of yet but ElZoom up top says it's great.

I found another shorty antenna that fits. I asked and they said it fits. Just buy the Mazda 3 version.

I think the Billet looks cooler IMO.

Check out their Platypus license plate kit. If it fits the M2, they'll have a winner.

How's the reception with these? I ordered a 2" billet from torque solution and my reception was noticeably worse. I swapped it out with the antenna on my wife's mazda5. She hasn't complained about reception yet, fortunately. With the mazda5 antenna on, reception is just as good as with the giant floppy wire.

I received and installed this one yesterday and the reception is fine, I don't seen any differences with the OEM antenna, at least in town.

Installed the Mazdaspeed one today. Doesn't fit perfectly but it fits lol
