You're the man. Thanks for the help, and as always, you've got one of the, if not the best looking P5 out there

totally agree!

thanks to both of you, right now it has become a love/hate but once the bad parts have been dealt with it will be all love again.

Look up "Never Wet" coat the bottom of the car

Cres, we have talked about this before there is no point in trying to sell a product or look up a product that will never happen... ;)

bit more cleaning up of parts that are not needed..

Wow, nice work on the rust. This makes me thankful that we don't use salt on our roads in Oregon.

So I've managed to collect a few parts this winter..

wasn't sure if they made illuminated Mazdaspeed sills... either way, I love this car (2thumbs) can't wait to see it come out of hibernation...

roget that. Contacted that person again yesterday hopefully hear back today

Did you have to use a fender roller for your wheels? I am looking at some Mazdaspeed6 wheels for my Protege5 and was just curious? They come with 225/40/18 tires.

i did not have to roll the fenders for the speed6 wheels to fit, but since i have coils i had them roll the fenders to make sure no matter what wheel i end up with or height i set the car at, the car the fenders are already done. I also use a 215/35 tire since that is the closest to OEM tire size.

OK that is good to know about the tire size you put on them, thanks. I too like them painted black so I need to find a powder coater near me to do this.

was bored so decided to try and make a gauge pod for the car

Jean thats a true invention right there dude, it looks like when you had to take out the stock lower grill to accommodate the FMIC you cut it out and attached it to the DG front upper grill.
Brilliant.

Ace, the lower grill is going back in the bumper opening, I was just test fitting the bumper to make sure everything fit. My DG grill has had the oem mesh in it since i installed the grill, I hate the look of metal mesh and refused to install the grill with it.
