Big turbo

I have a ms3 thats pretty much fully bolted on for a stock turbo...im really scared my stock turbo is going to blow one day. If i was to go GT series...what exactly would i need to run safely, givin i would get a protune on my AP...
Will it bolt to my cpe dp?
Will it bolt to my dnp manifold?
Stock internals?
Ewg?
Fuel Pump?

this may sound newb but im just trying to really get a price quote if i do everything safely...thanks

fully bolted doesnt mean you need a huge turbo. personally, i would get hi flow fuel pump internals or a new fuel pump before anything else. i was fully bolted and went to get tuned and couldnt hold fuel pressure so i got the PT performance high flow internals and now i hold pressure consistently through WOT. after the internals I would get a tune simply because you can run safe boost on a safe tune and still make plenty of HP. i would save big turbo for a fully built engine. the only problem you might run into is boost creep which can be fixed with a reworked turbo from PG.

im having mine done as we speak. just find someone selling their stock turbo for cheap and send it to PG. i have heard nothing but good things from others who have gotten theirs reworked. im excited to get mine. heres the description...

PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER. ProtegeGarage is proud to offer our reworked turbo solution for the Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed6. These turbos go under the knife to get a comprehensive rebuild and rework that includes the following;

- Ported and Polished Housings
- Larger Billet Aluminum Lightweight Compressor Wheel
- Clipped Turbine Wheel
- Teardown and rebuild including new seals, new bearings
- Limited Warranty against all part and labor failure

The result? A turbocharger capable of making 350whp efficiently and safely, a turbo that flows 35% more CFM over stock and a turbo that spools much quicker than stock. You'll make more power at stock boost levels, run more efficient horsepower at stock boost levels, and of course make more power at increased boost levels than you would by simply upping the boost of the stock turbo.

Dyno Gains Have Shown 30 Horsepower Gain Over Stock at Same Boost Levels! The dyno below shows a customer with a well modified Mazdaspeed3 using the reworked K04 turbo from Protege Garage.

Price includes all return freight costs to the customer. Due to high demand for this service lead time is at least two to three weeks from time of order and/or receipt of donor turbocharger. We offer the option of using a new turbocharger from Mazdaspeed or using a unit supplied by the customer. Regardless of what turbo is used - every unit will go through the same rebuild process. this ensures every unit will get the same new seals and bearings and the same level of performance.

Port and polish alone can greatly decrease spool-up time and increase boost potential. It decreases spool-up time by speeding up the exhaust gas velocity through the turbine. It gives top-end boost potential by opening up the biggest restriction in the exhaust system which increases the flow through the turbine.

There are three different options for turbos. You can send in your own turbo and we will rework it and return it to you. You can order a new turbo from us via Mazdaspeed and return your old turbo to us for a core credit of $400. You can also select one of our used turbos and return your old turbo to us for a core credit of $400.
