Best Spark Plugs?

Ok guys i know this topic has been stressed before, but i'm going to some well needed maitinence tommorow, all i want to know is what you guys think the best spark plug is for our p5, i was thinking NGK, but i need some feedback, so help me out thanks.

They claimed to have added 5 HP on the dyno with these.

i have the denso iriduium ik20 plugs (1 step colder than stock - ik16). i'm happy with them. make sure you choose the right temp plugs for your mods and style of driving and you'll be pretty right with what ever brand and material (iridium, platinium etc) you choose
