i was under the impression that, kazaa was going after people who were "sharing" files more then the ones downloading them, am i wrong here? don't matter either way for me i don't use kazaa but just curious...

no jeff your not wrong... its not illegal download. I mean you see a dollar on the ground wouldnt you pick it up? Im sure they will work thier way around it which is why i like to stay off the main stream.

I dont use public P2P anymore, mostly open nap, ftp and irc, but if your gonna use Winmx let me know and I will host a room so we can all share with each other...i might be able to offer some mp3's as well
