Anybody had problems with medieval I am gonna file for my money back through paypal. Two weeks and no mount they dont reply e-mails in a timely manner if at all. I will not be buying anymore of thier products. Customer satisfaction is out the window They Suck!!! I dont wanna trash anybody's for sale threads or anything else but I would not deal with them again.

before anyone buys any medieval product, read the above thread to the end. you'll find the owner of that company defrauded thousands of dollars from members here as well as friends of mine with proteges in the past, then under a different name. caveat emptor.

You should of sent me a pm, and I could of see if we had what you were looking for in stock. Medieval is a great company, and customer satisfaction is number one to them.
That thread is OLD, and all those members were either refunded their money or had product sent to them. A company shouldn't be discredited for a past issue, look at the great products their bring to the market. The management has been re-arranged so that problem will never occur in the future.
Well as of now I am not happy with them but I am giving them the opportunity to make good on it so we will see how this pans out. And I payed through paypal so a refund shouldn't be a problem should it come to that again. I don't wanna trash a good company on the forums so as of now I will wait to see if I finally recieve my products

I never heard of any of this before. I got in on a group buy with one of their products just a few days ago. Hopefully everything goes smooth with this one.
Give them the chance to refund your payment, did you order directly from thier site or off ebay?
Yes, you join a group I'm listing for them, since I'm a dealer for thier products. The thread that was mention is from the past when Medieval had a shady employee working for them. Since then that employee has been dealt with through the proper channels and does not work for the company.
It has been shipped out, you should have it by now. Was the address on your Paypal payment correct?

haha yeah you probably work for them! And with thier past reputation which we were all assured was dealt with. Two weeks and no tracking or shipping info yeah I'm whining I bet if I was able to order something and just not pay them they would want thier money in a timely manner so STFU!

I've ordered the medieval mounts (passenger and rear)and didn't have a problem. I ordered from Darkstar though.
So far the mounts have been great. Some vibes naturally, but the response is so much better I can easily live with them.

Recieved My Medieval Rear Mount today and it looks top quality. Can't wait to get it on the car and go for a hard romp. I'm hoping that the wheel hop will be gone. I can put up with a little extra vibes if my car will stop bouncing.
I've had the Cork Sport inserts in now for the last 10,000 miles so I will let everyone know how the mount compares with the inserts.
