Best grease for urethane bushings

I have the AXR clunk fix kit with greaseable urethane bushings. What kind of grease should I buy for my grease gun to lube the bushings with? They're squeaking.

TheMAN recommends Energy Suspension bushing grease from personal experience. He states that this grease is specifically designed for urethane bushings while ordinary silicone grease tends to liquify and lithium grease tends to dry out and cake up.

According to TheMAN, the stock MSP bushings are urethane also, although not as hard as the ones from Energy Suspension, so they too would benefit from this grease.

So, the next question. Where can I buy the grease in a tube to fit my grease gun? I'm having a terrible time tracking it down...

Unless you have a nipple it's a waste of time to "Gun It"

Get some rubber gloves and do it manually.

It's not like you are going to save alot of time if you are only doing your car..

Mine have grease nipples. I bought them like that so I wouldn't have to rip them apart and do them by hand.

Well if tha's the case grease them with whatever and do it every two months...Easy Easy

Problem solved.

Well if possible I would like to not jack up the car and do it every two months lol

And aren't there types of grease you're not supposed to use with urethane?

The fix is for the rear.

I have the same problems with the front.

Just installed the axr kit also. awesome, but now that its cold, i'm creaking back there(still no clunk though). Shouldve greased them better.

picked my car up today from the dealer.

rides so much better... and quiet.

I use a lithium grease with silicone additives. I find that the silicone additive helps keep moisture away preventing the rain from washing the grease out.

I just lay on the ground and reach around from infront of the rear tires and grease it with my grease gun with a 10" grease hose attached. EASY PEAZY

p.s. Thanks for buying the bracket...

The Formula 5 was listed on the ES website as a pre-lube, so I emailed them last week about recommended long-term lubes or how I could get a more convenient size of the F5, but no answer yet. Figures. Companies shouldn't offer email support if they don't use it. I may try the marine lithium grease, or whatever stuffs easily into my mini grease gun. I won't need a whole tube or bucket of any of them.
