Best cheap mods

I was just wondering what yall think would be the best mods for and mp3 but arent too exspensive...like what kind of intake and stuff like that.... and when i mean exspensive i was thinking like under $1000

also, the words "best" and "cheap" dont belong in the same sentence.

granted a grand is decent to get started, it depends on what your trying to do, and you gonna need way more than a grand also; but then again that depends on how far you wanna go

exhaust/intake/header appears to be a popular modification path. You're going to be limited with rims/tires for $1,000 and audio/visual displays as well.

Intake: AEM - $160, or Injen $200, or Ebay Intake $50-$60. They all offer roughly the same gains/sound

Exhaust: If you have an MP3 you don't really need to do it, but a decent exhaust might get you some gains. $350-$600

Header: $200-$500 will be your best mod it seems.

So for $600-$1300 you can get the three depending on your choices.

Intake nets about 2-3whp, header prolly 10whp, exhaust 4-5whp. All of these in a system might net you 15-20whp.

Those are just my rough figures, obviously I don't know exactly what it will cost/gain.

Seriously, save your cash, or lose some weight. If you are really bent on doing it with a grand then you might want to try the "search" function. I hear it's very good.

thats alot of caps...1000$ to burn..i'd say get the AEM intake, go for the JIC exhaust, and I'f you have enough left over, go for the AWR header and motor mounts...that would be nice...
