Best Calgary Service Dealership

Hey guys. I bought my car from Kramer Mazda and it was a very enjoyable experience. But I can't say that I know anything about their service dept. I'm almost due for my first service and would like to know peoples opinion on who has the best service department in Calgary. Any info is appreciated. :)

Country Hills Toyota has the best service around. Ive been disappointed by all the local Mazda dealerships and only bring my car to Country Hills now. Scumridge changed ownership and fired their top douche bag, errr mechanic, so they might be better now but I wouldn't be trying them again.

Personally, I have gone to both Sunridge and Northhill and have had good and bad experiences. Never tried Kramer as it's too far away from where I live. What I would suggest is double check over everything that is done (with in your ability). If you ever have any mechanical repairs done (ie. water pump replacement) ask for the used parts for future reference in case something does come up.

Like Kona I've used both North Hill and Sunridge and have mixed feelings about both.

The CSRs I've dealt with at Sunridge come across as 'know-it-alls' which can be pretty frustrating at times. There was this one guy trying to explain to me that a TSB for a PCM reflash on a US Mazda5 does not apply to the Canadian Mazda5 and I would have to pay $$ for this to be done....while I'm still under warranty, fall within the VIN number range and all the NA Mazda5's are buily at the same factory. He is an idiot.

The folks at North Hill's service and parts department cannot be beat for customer service and attitude.....however they can let small things slip through the cracks so you need to be constantly following up with them.

After all is said and done, I would go to NHM anyday purely based on their superior customer service.

NB. The entry to NHM's service bays is really steep. If your vehicle is lowered you MUST ask them to be careful getting in/out of the bay. They destroyed the front lip on my Mazda5 the last time I was there......I'm still trying to source a replacement which they will be paying for (of course).

I use North Hill and Kramer. Positive experiences with both, friendly and reliable. Kramer just extended their service hours so they are open for service until 8:00pm Monday Saturday!! supper convenient, no more waiting 3 weeks for an oil change...

I just bought my 08.5 Mazda3 from Kramer Mazda on Mon. Very good experience !

I bought mine from Stoney Trail Mazda. They have pretty good service so far and they also have nice deals on oil changes.
