Ditto on VTA. Due to the MAF location, the MS6 at least has been shown to lose a substantial amount of power (and run dangerously lean?) running VTA. Check out the figures on the BOV VTA dyno vs. the same guys' BOV Recirc dyno to see the effect here:

yeah it runs rich... and your gas mileage goes to hell... i lost 4MPG !!!
i would recomend a bov upgrade just recirc it. i have seem ms6's that have gained 25HP. not because the stocker leaks, but because it is slow to react. my greddy is adjustable, so i can find the right compromise of holding power and sensitvity.
