Bent Lateral Links!!!

Bought my MP5 in 11/04. Had new tires put on last week and when they went to align it was told the lateral links are bent. They said this is typically a result of hitting something. I know I haven't hit anything. MP5 with dealership to have lateral links/alignment done (they're paying) but my concern is that if the links were bent as a result of an accident, what else might be bent, etc. Any thoughts?

Wouldn't this have also cause my tires to wear quicker?

are you talking about the end links? and is your car lowered ? when i lowered my car they said something about my end links being all stressed and at a messed up angle.
