Yes, you will get performance gains. The dyno on their site is of my car, I gained like 16 hp and 26 tq or or something.. I dont really remember, its been a loong time.
You will hear the intake andthe bpv. I didnt really notice a gain in mpg, i was heavier on the throttle after I got the intake.

I still have mine. Despite not getting the proper hardware to install it, I am still very happy with it. Most people confuse my Forge BPV for a BOV. Yes, it is that loud. I never got the car dynoed. That was my mistake, but you can feel an increase in performance. BEGi just released a redesign of the box. It uses an AMSOIL filter now instead of a K&N and the box shape is different. It also costs more.
Would I buy this intake again. Yes because of how hard it is to obtain the COBB sri and of pass horror stories that I have heard about the HKS suction intake.

ok sorry for the bump from the dead i know i'm new and probably going to get flammed but....has any one thought to combine the COBB sri AND the begi box? is it even possible?
I'm a big fan of begi. I have their S3 kit on my 90 miata and love it. and was looking to get an MS3 so naturally i thought to see if they had anything. I know COBB is great for Subies and so i'm reading and their great for the MS3 too.

Well the guy i bought it off of was named Ken as well, he was good peoples lol But back on topic soon as i saw the box and cobb i figured they could be used in conjunction for best results

i do have a miata if you want to buy it. looking to sell it. 
we kens try hard to be good peoples.
once i have a demo box i will test fit it with the short rams to see what changes need to be made and with which intakes they work.
