See this is where you talking s*** to someone on a transaction you had nothing to do with falls apart. I waited 6 weeks for my item and made no complaints to Joe. However, as a fellow buisnessman my comments were made here in relation to my situation and the subject.

You're trying to say if someone has a notice on their website saying it might take a while it makes it ok to say an item was shipped when it wasnt. See you're assuming I waited a week and was pissed i didnt have an item. I waited a few weeks, was told it was shipped, waited longer blah blah blah. It's been written numberous times above.


Joe is a big boy and is doing fine defending himself. If you'd like to show support or ride his nuts from a distance I'm sure a link in your sig or a banner will do fine.


PS: when I ordered my product there was a notice of 1-2 week delays given. Well outside the 6 weeks it took. Once again chiming in on a situation you played no part in doesn't work out too well for you.

This isn't the first time he posted one of these threads & if you paid attention to this forum, you would see that. The reason why I'm posting is because Joe & I had a long discussion about this before he posted the thread, so I understand his situation.

You need to stop posting as if I'm some impatient prick who emailed Joe a ton calling him a million and one names 3 days after I bought the item. I bought my MBC before he made his first post about MSP owners being pains in the ass (which I remember all 4 he's made). You simply assume I'm some noob who doesn't pay attention to what goes on here. Been here just as long as you have slick.



So unless you can explain to me how he magicly lost my package 3 times, and gave me 3 wrong shipping dates, then your posts are simply you riding Joes nuts.

Being given 1 wrong shipping date I understand.... hell 2 is remotely possible..... 3 is being bullshitted and if he bullshitted me I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Again, I did not bulls*** you- if I assumed something or confused your order with another one, so be it- s*** happens. I told you I tend to get things mixed up after coming home from a 10-12 hour day, reading all my email and trying to get some building, packing and printing done- and try to catch my fiancee before she goes to bed. To top it all off, I get the email, IM and PM from the same person, but with different names- so I am sorry my inferior self cannot keep track of who is who, however, flustered is probably a word relative only to us non-superman types so I cannot expect you to understand :). Seriously though, like I said, I will not comment on what happened with us until I get the details and can browse my old emails, pm, whatever and see waht the situation was. If you cannot understand what I am talking about because you are capable of 10X more and still remember everyones name, address, first borns name and birthday, then so be it..

I have not stayed around and earned the respect I have from many for almost 7 years and over 3500 MBC's by bullshitting and lying to people.. s*** happens, life isn't always perfect and your order can get ****** up just like every other human beings can..

Professionaly.... YOU ARE NOT. You are rude in email replies and thats what pisses off the customer. We are the one that pays for the shitt and we expect good product and most of all SERVICE... I just think its very unprofessional for someone to sell merchandise and not know what they are doing. Anyway my point is JoeP is absolutly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Worse than fast food service. Thats all I got to say so flame away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude- only when provoked. I think "not an ass kisser" fits better. I will gladly post ALL of my replies to every customer I have ever had here and you will see the only ones who get rude replies are the ones who provoke it. This is a side business run on minimal profit mainly to help others, not some multi million dollar corporation with PR people, sales people, R&D people, etc. Just one person doing it all- and has a life outside of it also. If I have a bad day and you only worsen it, you will hear about it. I don't know who you are but if you let me know and give me your email address that we spoke though, I will gladly post our email thread here so people can judge who the rude one is. I promise you it was not me who barked first.. As said before- when you deal with hundreds of customers a week and they all have the same waits, delays, etc. and only one group (not the whole group as stated several times) gives you problems- it is better, hell it is HEALTHIER- to not deal with it. I have been doing this a long time and don't need the additional stress.. If I had help or MSP dealers to handle all the customer transactions and all I had to do was build and order supplies- not IM with over a dozen people a day, answer all my email, etc. I would probably be more tolerant, but being as it is- you push and I'll push right back.

Oh yeah- I have been praised repeatadly for my customer service- so as sadi, you must have pissed me off somehow- I am human too and treat others as they treat me.

And as for your stupid assed ignorant "I just think its very unprofessional for someone to sell merchandise and not know what they are doing" comment- what the **** are you talking about?? Who do you think made most of the MSPs here do what they do- AND I have yet to see anyone with a stock turbo match my HP #'s on an MSP, so how dare you accuse me of not know ing what I am doing. How many 500+ hp STREET cars (4, 6 and 8 cylinder) have you built you ignorant ****? There- how's that for rude (gun) ..

Funny, Joe is the nicest, most helpful vendor I've ever bought anything from. Not the fastest shipping (that's DaveB), but he lets you know that right from the start. I even lost the screw from my MBC 5 days after I installed it & Joe offered to replace it for free.

I'm done with this thread. Joe, you know most of us appreciate what you do, but there will always be people complaining like this.
 
Lol- what would be required- more patience than I have and large amounts of valium :). Seriously though, I will IM you after I get back in- I have to somehow go finish welding quarters on and tune the motor in a 9 second street car, have no clue how I'm going to accomplish this though since I don't know what I'm doing :).

Thats great for all of you that have recieved good service from him. I on the other hand have gotten better services from ION, APEX, and many others. Go ahead and post your letters on here. I dont care. I still think you suck!!!!!LOL(notcool)

I am happy for you, but I notice you still don't even tell me who you are so I can post outr conversations publically and let others be the judge. As I said, even without knowing who you are (email wise), I will put my life savings on the fact that I was not rude until provoked in some way- judging by your replies here, I am willing to be it was a whiney email where you thought you were the most important thing in my life and if you weren't, you want your $$$ back and that is when I started to get rude back. EVERYONE who approaches me in a respectful manner gets treated the same way- if having ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ASSHOLES is rude, then I must be the rudest person I know :).. I have always been respected for my treat you as you treat me attitude by the loyal customers who appreciate me for being "real" and not some BS kiss ass.. Even my friends always brag that out of all of us "Joe will tell you EXATLY how it is" I am telling you exactly that you are an asshole.

Whoa people... let's take it easy. Joe P has always been willing to help people out.
As many other small vendors, he has other responsibilities. He sells but a few, inexpensive items (ex: XZ MBC 45$ shipped) and I can imagine neither the volume nor the markup are huge.
Henceforth: if you want the kind of service you get from a really big name, then by all means, buy from that big name, but remember, you will be paying accordingly.
 
I agree with Pkay. I'm sick to death of people running a "business" and bitching that it's taking too much of their energy to deal with it. It was your choice to start it and it's your choice to finish it. Be done with it, but don't leave messages all around complaining about your customers (especially on your website). I certainly won't buy anything from Joe P because he apparently doesn't respect his customers. Post crap about MSP owners and you won't get their business. And don't tell me you've gotten great service from him. The true measure of someone's character is how consistently they can deliver. A few people might have been satisfied with their service, but some haven't.

Again, if you read the entire thread, you would see that he only gets complaints from the MSP owners, which make up less than 10% of his total customer base. There is a modding world outside of MSProtege.com you know.
