Since nearly all of my limited knowledge has been based around repairing American brand cars, I now have 2 Mazdas, one 2014 CX-5 and a 2014 Mazda3. Many of the repair parts brands I knew and trusted for my american cars don't necessarily translate into imported car parts. I have been looking around for information on relative replacement parts quality, and have stumbled upon the Beck/Arnley name. Does anyone have much experience with the brand, and are their parts as good as OEM, like advertised?

There your basic run of the mill replacement parts from most any Auto parts store. I wouldnt say there up to OEM specs. But there not the cheapest garbage brand either. Id put them about midrange.

Have you perused rockauto.com? Bosch and NGK are generally very good but you may also see OEM products which are often made in Japan - an sure sign of quality. That being said, I must also mention that I buy air and cabin filters for my wife's Lexus at NAPA. I get the NAPA Gold versions - their best.

When I used to own a 2007 Kia Optima I ordered a pair of Beck Arnley lower control arms from Rockauto. After they arrived and I opened them up I was surprised to see a holographic Kia sticker on the parts and a genuine OEM Kia sticker on the bubble wrap. They also had the Kia logo stamped into the metal. As far as I can tell they looked liked Genuine Kia OEM parts and from my research Beck Arnley rebrands OEM parts from certain car manufacturers.
