i hear a low end rattle and it sounds like my rod.. i wass wondering if i drop my oil pan and change the bearings that are there, would that help? As well do you know what the part is that i need for my car, b/c i kno there are many diff kinds of bearings.

There is no way to know. You have to take the oil pan off and check the bearings out first. Your rattle could be any numbers of things. Chances are if you don't really spend the time (or money) diagnosing the problem, you will just buy the wrong part(s) and put your self through a very frustrating experience.
