BC Coils dampening settings?

About to install my BC Coils with SPC rear camber arms on my 2012 Mazda 3 Hatch. What the "best" or "recommend" dampening settings is comfortable for daily driving?

I liked mine at default (8, 1 being stiffest) settings- you might want to go a bit softer since you're in a 3, which is lighter than my 5. BCs use universal cartridges, so I'd imagine that you'd probably be pretty happy around 12-16, with 1 being the stiffest.
