Not so much the whole alignment but the camber will change because your car making the body shorter/longer. Its just best to find the ride height you want and then get it aligned afterwards.

Toe can change as well along with camber. You could be a dick and get one of those lifetime alignment deals at a tire shop and piss them off by coming in every other day making changes. lol
 
^^^ cant do it at those places... need to go to a legit aftermarket car shop and get an alignment.. those other places dont align lowered cars..

While I have no firsthand experience I know several people who have gone this route with Tires Plus in my area.
 
no way... prob didnt do a good job id assume... the only reason i even say this is that well its not reccomend at these shops and ive asked shops if they wold do it and they say no.. at all the low places. like midas and shyt..

Fort Myers, about 3 hours south of you. Probably not cost effective to drive all this way for alignments.

Someone post a howto on DIY alignment. I have a friend who does his own with string and an abacus or something.
 
find a performance alignment shop or just find a little shop around the city that uses mechanical gauges to do your alignment, all old school. If you go to some bad place like evans tire or tires plus they will put your car on an electronic machine and try to put it into factory specs, which are no longer needed because your are not on factory suspension anymore. And to whoever asked earlier, yes, you do have to get an alignment after every adjustment you make to the susp. so get it how you want b4 the alignment
 
oh yeah, the stock alignment is crap. A good performance alignment is night and day difference with how the car drives, handles, and responds to road conditions. Even if your susp was stock and you got adjustable camber somehow then dialed it all in you would be so happy.

Anywhere should adjust the setting to your liking if you tell them beforehand.
 
yeah most will, but I have had shops refuse to do "custom" settings that may or may not be within factory specs. I found a cool little shop that will do anything you want and they are cool about me being right there while they work on my car.

The joys of having a father who's a shop foreman. Lift access, any tool I could ever need and free access to to a tire machine and alignment rack.
