You're a teacher? In my opinion, it's the toughest job in the world. People who've never done it have no idea about all the time, dedication, and commitment that's involved in teaching. My mom has been teaching for umpteen years and loves it, but she's given up A LOT in order to do what she does. I'm not so sure it's worth it (especially when you consider the salary), but she finds it to be rewarding nonetheless. One must definitely have the passion and drive for this kind of work. Back in the day when I was an engineer, I spent a day at my mom's high school teaching the kids a lesson about how cars work.

After that day, I never went back; nor do I ever plan to. Talk about a LONG day - you're dealing with so much s*** at once, not to mention all the responsibility. Sheesh...I could go on and on. I say hit the bars every night and enjoy yourself (that is, when you're done with planning and grading for the following day). I have tons of respect for teachers. Hats off to you, man. (2thumbs)
