Ok, so when we bought the CX-9 it would beep when backing up, but only when something was within the red part of the camera view. It has no actual bumper mounted sensors, so why would it beep at all? Is this part of a cross traffic detection (BMS) or something else? It has since stopped working, and I would like to fix it myself if possible.
