Back of the grill thingy?

Hey Everyone - So I was looking at the front of my car, for the first time and I realized that something was missing. Don't know how I didn't notice this before, but I haven't stood in front of the car so far back in the past week since owning it. Does anyone know what this is called and where I can find one? It's some sort of back of the grill plate. Sorry - I'm not that familiar with car parts or accessories



The missing part is on the right side.

After googling pictures of other Cx-7's it appears that is the way it comes from the factory, probably open like that to allow air to flow into the grill opening for
cooling purposes.
