back bumper trim

well I have those "protector" things on the top of the back bumper and i was wondering if they are just glued on or if they are locked into the bumper. i can't think of what they'd be called, but i just want them off! (argh) thanks

No you don't! I have all kinds of scuffs and chips on my bumper lip because I don't have one. And I'm carefull but no one else is.

its actually a thick double sided tape. It holds pretty well but with some heat, googone, and careful prying, you can get them up.

Just for the record, most of us that dont have them from the factory, add them later.

You could always have them painted to match your car. Then at least when that gets scratched up it's a much cheaper repaint job than the whole back bumper.
