I am So0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o HAPPY!!! For all of you who dont know what the FF7's look like, I attached a pic of them... I'm getting them in 19's...

they come in...
size = 19x7.5
offset = +45
Bolt Pattern = 5x100 & 5x4.5

the almighty RISHIE told me to get...
size = 19x7.5
offset = Between +48 to +50
Bolt Pattern = 5x4.5
Tire Size = 215/35/19

I was wondering if ima have a problem with rubbing if the offset is +45... oh... and i'm dropped on Eibach Prokit springs...

Oh damn ,19s....a little big there no? i think it would look rediculous, honestly....18s are about as big as they could be on a protege....and even those are crazy....

well rishie had 19's on his protege and he said they where str8... plus im getting um through DUB MAGAZINE and i'ma be in there car show so i need the BIGGEST i can fit on my car...

Yeah, i know, dont mind me, im not all up on the show thing so my opinions are a bit skewed...

Yeah, you're gonna rub with 19's @ +45. I've got 18's at +45 dropped on Teins in front and stock Racing Beats in back. I only rub the fender if I'm really loaded down but if I dropped anymore in back I'm pretty sure I would rub under normal driving conditions. But, if you rolled your fenders you could probably get away with it. Amazing what a difference 2mm can make huh?

Congratulations on the sponsorship! (cool)

I thought 'dubs' meant you were riding on at least a 20" rim?

i have 19's with a 42mm offset. just shave the rear fenders, and you shouldn't have any problems. and that is even with a 3in drop...

If you want to get them to fit RIGHT,then go to a competent machine shop and have them mill 1-3 mm off of the mounting pad.This will increase your offset accordingly.You would then have anywhere from a +46 to a +48 that way and no need to modify the fender lip.This is the route i would take.And I dont want to hear "oh that will make them weak" beacause it wont.My buddy runs a wheel company,manufacturing,not distributing,and we do it all the time.As long as the mounting pad has enough room to mill this off without getting into the lug seat,then you would have no probs.

Just a little FYI.

Well I am Planning on rollin' my fenders anyway so i wont have a problem with scratchin the rim. But I'm only hoping it'll fit nicely... if it doesnt i'll go to the machine shop and do what ForceFed said...

well here is MY .02......you should do the machining FIRST as recommended by forcefed....it IS the RIGHT way to do this...and its very possible when rolling the fender lip to end up with tiny cracks in the paint....you may not even notice them...but it WILL allow the elements through...and before you know it....the edge of your fenders are bubbling up the paint...because there is RUST under your paint....and all because you wanted to cut corners.....

do YOURSELF a favor....do it right the first time.

well i gotta repaint the car anyway cause of the @$$hole$ who put breakfluid on my car at the beginning of the month... so ima roll my fenders BEFORE i paint the car that way it wont crack...
