LOL that's an awesome idea! Have it flapping behind me. I'll also get a beret and those WWII fighter pilot goggles :p

just chop the windshield off and replace w/ 2 small motorcycle windshields.. that is *if* you think your passenger needs a windscreen - weight reduction yo!

Sweet pictures wmbeaver and foolish, that place looks like it grips like sand-paper! I bet it is fun :D Who cares about tire life, especially in light-weight low-power cars and when you have an extra set of wheels.

The people in light weight, low power cars who have to buy the tires?

great shots will. That suby pic looks like it should go in a magazine. Do you do photoshop touch ups? Interested in photography as a career?

just some basic color correction. thats all i really know how to do lol. i think i got lucky is some of these, but they definitely are better than the ones from the first auto-x. and i don't know about the the photography career thing. i've only had my camera for like 6 months now, so i still have a lot to learn, and i will probably just do it as a hobby or something. thanks for the compliments

Again, excellent photography, William. Thanks! :) It's always good to see the car on course from the outside as I, obviously, never get the chance to.

Looks like it has fangs in its mouth :)

Will hope you come out next event so you can get pics of my car. Scott had my camera and it sucked for night/motion shots. You have to keep the camera really still since it has to absorb more light it leaves the shutter open longer and it gives it motion blur if you move it at all. My friend is a photographer and if you have any questions I will pass them on to her. I am in photoshop all day if you have questions about that.

ok, cool. i generally use a shutter speed of 1/100, but i can bump up the iso to help with night time. i'll come out to the one on the 12th possibly. and i would go to the other night event, but ams is in the middle of nowhere, so i wouldn't want to go unless i were to auto-x, and my parents won't let me. next year is a different story though.

My camera is old as dirt. It reminds me of those first cell phones people had that looked like a giant walkie-talkie :(

There is a Pro Solo event up here in my region on the 21st and 22nd. There aren't any MSPs registered but there is one MS3 registered in DS. I am going to take a lot of pictures and hopefully I can get some nice shots.

My question is how do they run Pro Solo events? Do all cars run in the first day? I only ask because I want to be there when the MS3 runs (it's an hour drive and I am only going for one day). I'll post pictures in this thread or another thread if I get a lot of good shots.
