anyone esle hate these cheap a$$ dupicolor spray nozzels?

I bought 3 cans of their paint (at once, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time on the first)

first can litertaly dripped more paint onto my fingers and the can than acutaly got onto the surface of what I wanted to paint.

Second can didn't spray paint, it speckled it into drops... it looked like canned rain.

third one was the best of the bunch, the thing not only dripps a buttload when you spray, but instead of the nozzel spraying in a single direction, it has TWO spraying archs that are comepletly opposite of each other!... that and it's got that extra "speckled paint" feature the second one was best known for.

cleanning the nozzels didn't help after every use, (holding it upside down and spraying until only gas comes out)

never in my life have I seen poorer excuses for a spray nozzel... the dollar tree paint cans are better than this...

just fair warning to anyone that wants to use duipcolor.. because my experience was absolute :bs:

I've probably sprayed more cans of duplicolor than you have even bought spray paint...and this has never been a real issue. I hae had a couple cans with bad nozzles, but not more than that. The nozzles are awesome when they are working...I think you might have gotten a defective batch. Go buy a replacement from a different store...and make sure your nozzle is set to the fully vertical OR horizontal position...These do have adjustable Nozzle spray patterns....Yours could have been in a mid position.

I went and pulled the nozzels off of some other cans and they defentaly work btter now. I'll give em the benefit of the doubt that they were just bad nozzles if you've had good experiences though.

the nozzels are adjustable? how? ;>_>

The little blue tip..Looks like a square on the front of the nozzle....Can be rotated for a vertical or horizontal Spray pattern.....Just twist it.
Its for spraying hard to reach areas without turning the can too far.

2/3 of the cans didn't even have those on the nozzel and,the last one was knocking around in the cap of the last can for some reason. I put the one that I had on the nozzel and it works flawlessly now. Guess that solves this problem. Man, now I think I'm even more pissed off that it was this little thing that gave me 6hours of aggervation...

Thanks though, at least I know what to lookout for now.
