So FMIC pipes were changed and replaced with all Aluminum (ubber thick). I also went and got the new edition HKS BOV in the Flat black. Let me know what you guys think!

Welding was done by a good friend who has a shop locally. They do WICKED stuff with Toyota motors. Mostly swaps but AMAZING fab work as well.

Very nice...

It is IMO the MOST badass looking muffler to get for the car. It's the same ones that the Supra guys use if im not mistaken. Defined in one word it's....Gangster.MUAHAHA!! Sucks how I want to get rid of it. I NEEED something near stockness. Dr.s orders.

You have this exhaust on your car? Pics man(headbang)

Looking at this now I want a new muffler lol...

look at the welds on that..... beautiful.

i/d means inner diameter

new piping is 2.5" aluminum

Cool, did you actually use pipe or tubing? What was the wall thickness?
Did you run 2-1/2" on both sides, hot and cold?
Just asking because i would like to redo my piping to aluminum from stainless just not sure what to use.

The piping is 2 inch from the turbo to the core, then on the cold side it goes up to 2.5 till the throttle body. The wall thickness is like 2/16 of an inch. Some pretty beefy pipes compared to what a lot of people use and get from companies these days. Sander can vouch he made an intake from the same piping.

Looks real hot man..I like!

And what do you mean not yet^???

Well I lost my hearing in my left ear about three weeks ago and I went to a specialist and he said I had a sudden sensory nural loss. Although there is no cure nor specific cause for it he reccomended I stay away from loud noises because sometimes when this Sudden sens.... thing occurs hearing may not return at all. I was supposedly lucky it came back at all.

Not only have I wanted to lower the drone and noise from the exhaust but now I have an even better reason to switch to a quieter muffler. It sounds and looks awesome but you only have your hearing once. The exhaust/downpipe are next on my list.

Well I hope everything works out with your hearing!

I love the gains and steady boost with my cutout...but the noise is pretty much rediculous for too long. I've had ringing in my ears since I was 9yrs/old from blaring music through my headphones playing the drums the past 27yrs.

Hope everything works out well for ya man...

But as soon as you think you wanna sell that exhaust, let me know!!!!

If it comes off the car it would only be the muffler not the whole exhaust. Plus I got a buddy that already is eyeing the muffler alone.

Ok so lately i've wanted to get something different as a daily or maybe a weekend car. DEF. looking for something RWD. I LOVE the S2000 and would love to have a Miata as well.

Contemplating whether I want a toy Miata to pull the motor out and mess with(def a weekend drift car at the local track) or a stock S2K. Thoughts? I drove my buddies S2K and I was like wow I love this thing. Maybe an AP1 powered Miata? :-)

S2K's are cool cars. If I wasn't so tall, or was single, with no family, I might have one. I hear that on some, after 30K miles, they start loosing power.
