Autocross on May 22

I put an Enthuza cat back on today (along w/ my highflow cat) and I think Ill be getting DNF'd for having a loud car. OH well..

Ill see you there regardless.. Ill have the stock wheels on (they are on now).

I'm facing the same problem with the gray Miata (issue after issue). I plan on buying a pipe to point it toward the ground to muffle it a bit.

At the first event this year, Joel (the regional SOLOII chairman) had to fabricate a deflector off of his tail pipe to point the exhaust toward the ground. It was enough to get him below the 96 dB limit. You may want to look into something like that.

Kauffman Tires kept mine when I got the new wheels and the new lugnuts dont like steelies.
Is it possible for me to get the lugnuts before Saturday?

Well, you're in luck. He's not a part of Team Solo, and he didn't compete at the last event, or even at all last year (according to the results.)

So come on out! There is another Mazda3 that competes with me in G-stock.

He is a sociopath that manipulates the rules and procedures to suit his needs. He was RE for years, but now is RE much like Karl Rove is President. He did/said things that affected members of my family that put them in potentional litigous situations. What disturbs me is many in the Atlanta Region still allow him to participate. Of course, the SCCA is the same club that let that psycho Jim Roberts race for many years after he tried to kill someone with is car........Now they let him back because it has been many years and maybe he has changed (jerkit)

For those of you that have been concerned with sound control, I spoke with the Chair Person and this is what he said,

"...you may want to point out that this event is at Turner where the 96dB restriction does not apply. It is still chaiperson's discretion at Turner, but I only have an issue with the very loudest cars (i.e. Shawn's old unmuffled M Roadster) when we're at Turner Blue or Green lots. "

So no real worries about sound.

Stuff keeps breaking on my car and I just dont know... Starter died, powersteering belt *fell off* the pullies, altenator is dieing. :sigh:
