Auto door locking without power door locks

Anyone know if Mazda sells the CX5 with auto door locks but without power door locks (i.e. once the car starts to pull away the doors lock and unlocks in park) in your country?

I ask this because I have a Japanese imported model of 2014 CX5 - without the radio head unit and so without the additional on-screen controls. I understand there is some way to set the factory settings but I'm not sure how to do it - or even find it (and all the instructions I have are in Japanese including the instrument cluster with the various INFO settings)

(I imported the car duty-free to Thailand..at considerable savings though with the above frustrations..)

I'd like this feature as well, though I have not seen a factory option.

There are some around for other Mazdas eg 3 (BK series) and it should be easy to do via the CAN. There are some on ebay for other manufacturers which is just an OBD2 plugin module, but I haven't seen any specifically compatible with the CX5. Think I need to learn some CAN hacking.
