i know things come up...i was just going to bring my daughter and let her watch lilo and stitch in my car but then i found a sitter.... i know bitching isnt the way to get support but i just get pissy because there are so many protege's around here but first nobody tries to get a meet together...then when somebody does nobody shows up

I feel your pain. I started ProbesNorthwest a few years ago. For the 1st two years, our largest 'meet' had 5 cars. 3 Probes, and 2 hondas.

It'll get better. One thing I've noticed is people around here really don't like to drive very far for anything. As if it weren't about CARS and DRIVING. It can be depressing to find 10 people who'd drive for a solid hour to go anywhere.

i'm willing to give the washington scene 1 more chance, there is a car show on my campus in the spring. Its a low rider show, but trophies can be easily taken since our cars would be entered in the import or euro class. i'll keep u guys posted.

allright there is a big chance to make a showing.... dec 13th tacoma dome....import revolution!!!! i think it would be great if there were more protege's there so i dont have to compete with the rx-7's....and to meet people also... anyway it is 3 months away so there is plenty of time to plan .....anybody interested???

There's two car shows that I know of. One is this Saturday (the 13th), and one is next saturday (the 20th). The 13th is a small show put on by VTR, a local tuning shop. The one on the 20th is a huge show, i think mostly for lowriders, but they'll have classes for euros and imports as well.
