Hey sorry for bothering you again but after a month of talking i finally got down to it and dremeled the grill... ! I find the Grill VERY flimsy now... i wonder wut you did to make it sturdy again so that it can withstand the force from the pushing down when installing the grill back on..? ( you know how you have to pull and yank hard to get in on or off..)
And also.. when you glued the mesh material on... did you just glue on top of the edge of the grill or did you cut the mesh abit larger than needed and then bend it inside the grill?
