I was wondering if theres any way i can meet with u guys (linux, big ben, Jag), i would really like to check out your rides, and also want to see, if possible, linux BEGI kit since im still waiting for FM one to come out. Also, if u guys r feeling like smoking a stock MP3, u can!

Sure! I don't have my car back yet, and I am typing this messaged from Texas A&M. I was in Houston earlier for the Mazda Street Heat and got to test drive the Mazdaspeed Protege. It was a blast! I will tell more in the Mazdaspeed section when I get home. Gimme a call. I will PM you!

well dude, 20 credits for this semester are eating me alive, i barely have time to eat. Ill say probably next weekend ill be a little more relaxed.

So what are you going to do with all the turbo stuff? read your post on the general mp3 forum.

Also noticed u appear on i-club list of subbies in arlington, with a 2.5 impreza. Have u test driven a wrx? whats your opinion on those? im kinda thinking either FM the mp3 or sell both miata and mp3 and get wrx. But who knows, need to do my homework on WRX first, so far all i got its same as mp3: weak tranny

before i forget linux, i was just wondering, u had the nos and blew the stock engine right?, then u put the japan engine on, and different stuff. Has you tranny ever gave up? because if its the stock one it defies all weak tranny theories then.

BTW, if u happen to have some time tonight (sunday the 29th) just reply this post, ill be looking if u reply. Im burning out my cells for some cost accounting test tomorrow, so i can probably use some relax time later today.

Damn, 20 credits! Perservere, perservere! I believe now that I will be keeping it unless some catastrophe befalls me. Yes I did test drive a WRX at Arlington Automall. That place is great, and there was no presure to buy. The figure either you will buy, or not. Me, Sapril, and the baby pulled in. A sales associate came up to us and said hello. We told him we want to test drive a WRX. He said, "Let me get the keys." I would recommend you head up there to at least test drive one in you spare time. Arlington Automall is off of I-20, Between Collins, and New York Avenue. That car pulls really nice!

just did last thursday, pulled with wife, sama story, salesman came down, we told him we wanted to test drive a WRX and he went to get the keys, he was a very good salesman, indeed, no pressure at all, his name was Lee, forgot the last name, anyway, he even let me punch the car lots of times. The clutch in those cars are kinda tricky compared to the mp3s. I was more than surprised how "negotiable" the price was! Thats why tomorrow im washing, waxing, and taking some digi pics of the good ol miata, time to sell little guy!

Im more than sold with the wrx, good thing is the wife loved it!

Im just waiting for some response on a job offer also...

If youy join the IMBA you can buy a WRX with the VIP program. You will only pay invoice plus destination charges. There is no haggling about it. The yearly membership is $25. You just have to be a member for 6 months before you buy the car. Just search for IMBA at yahoo and you'll see it. IMBA is International Mountain Biking Association by the way.
