Apexi S-AFC I or II

I was just wondering who is using the Apexi S-AFC to tune there cars. I am going turbo soon and the Apexi is the cheapest fm to buy. If so were there any problems with the install and how long have you been running it for. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You will find that S-AFC will not work with the ECU of this car.

You will also find that the A-AFC II is dificult to tune because of the ECU on this car.

You want Cheap, get SDS-EIC-2.. I have had it im my car for over 3 Years.

How reliable is the SDS-EIC-2 being manual and all or is it electronic. And is there anything I can do to make the AFC work or is just impossible. And when I say cheap I mean around $4-500.

You should really look into MPI tuner, find a used one( I got mine for around 475 shipped).

It really does help a lot. Just check out my numbers.

That cheap. I thought they were going for about 6 used. And how difficult is to tune it? I am only looking to stay around 6psi.

i have the safc2 in my car. It sucks from a tuning standpoint. the only real use i get out of it is the ability to idle with 440cc injectors.

i WAS considering megasquirt, but thats alot of work on my car. Where can you get mpi tuner? would i have control over my ignition? (fyi i have a disty in my car)
