AP Tune VS Stock ECU

I put the AP on the minute I got the car (Not New) so i've never really felt any improvements with the minor bolt ons. Im asking if any one has uninstalled the tune first and ran the car stock ECU with an upgrade and then look for any difference with the AP Map on. Im not talking about increased power past 5700 rpm im talking harder pulls ect. Also anyone running a catless Dp with an AP it says catted on the tune description but could you run catless.

just installed my AP stage 2+ mscai tbe with 1 hi flow cat. i defintely felt improvements after the ap as oppsed to having stock tune. it pulls more linear...it doesnt have an off/on feel anymore like it used too. I'm not only sayin this because my buddy here with an ap before i did told me to expect that, but that's really the case. It also pulls harder as evidenced by 6th gear pullin harder than before. I think it's worth the 700bucks having a peace of mind depressing the throttle some more on mid turn without worrying so much that the power might kick in suddenly that it might change the dynamics of your turn.

I installed denso's iridium plugs at the same time. works great! I'm gonna find out soon if it'll help me get a lower 1/4mile time.
