how about we do another gathering...this time i promise a BBQ aswell..

my wife still owns a protege, and it has a MSP wing..so i guess it qualifies? lol

let me know if there is any interest...the cold weather should give it a good turn around...

Another option that I didnt list on the thread would be Saturday night, but im more likley to have the whole day off of work if its Sunday or Monday

i find it stupid, but i also found out that questioning rules in here can get you banned..so lets leave it at that
 
yes u will be banned if you question admins or anyone with authority around here...lol....so sad

i'll update everyone in FL section with info on winterpalooza when i get more...as of now only thing waiting on is location....date is set....need the location finalized....its somewhere in orlando....not sure exact location though

like i've stated before, my meets are in no way going to replace state wide meets..i try to keep them apart from each other as much as possible..

i want to get something going in which every 2-3 months we have a small meet with BBQ and stuff

the meet in tropical park was a big turn out and even tho 100+ cars showed up..there was not cop related problems...

so, i don't see why it would hurt to have a 20+ car every 2-3 months

BBQ's, soccer games, horsing around, kareoke night, and so much more that we could do...

i'm trying to get together a group of people who really love cars and to form a society in which we help each other with car maintenance and insall of mods etc....

Beers and such will be involved too...lol

this sounds cool....and works out fine....but makes no since to do it the same month as winterpalooza....noone is going to want to drive to both events....especially the people that have to drive longer than others....if you did it every 2-3months im sure it would be a greta turn out....but i would just change it to febyuary instead of trying to have it in january with another huge meet already planned.

Yeah ,me too. And there is no reason for one next month as mentioned and our central florida club is getting together a big meet around march or april so maybe you guys would want to join us for that one. I was also, as you know, trying to get people over to my place Sunday night, but there doesnt seem to be enough intrest so im thinking of just calling it off. But this sounds like a great idea, just let me know when things are and ill ask off work!
 
yea, you guys are right
prolly for february...this is just to gauge some interests...but we also had alot of interest in the last one and only few people showed..

i guess if we do it more constant like every 2 months...there would be only 6 meets a year..so more poeple could come

anyways..i'll start planning something out and see what happens
