Anyone thought of spraying rear bumper w/

the same material they use for bedliners in pickup trucks? I use my CX-9 to pull my quads and bikes and with the kids climbing in/out of the back when the tailgate is up causing scuffing on the painted area between the black trim step plate and the black lower plastic panel. I was wondering today if it would work and if so, would it look OK to spray just that small painted section of the bumper to prevent excessive damage? This could be along shot, but it may work.

That comes in colors now. maybe you can match the grey and extend the step plate down to the lower apron. Ive seen many vehicles with that sprayed onto the lower body panels.
