Anyone street tune using the CP-E

please post ure tune and psi
Do you have a wideband yet? Mine is in but the stupid check engine light will not go away so I'm not tuning yet. I'm off from work for a while so if you want to meet up and figure this tuning crap out let me know.

can u give a more detail "how to" do that addin fuel on the cpe tunning software?

and r we talking about the same issus here? fuel cut/hiccups?? i talked to jordan few days ago...he call my issus hiccup he said by adding more fuel the way u talk about is not gonna help my problem....im little lost here....i had my standback installed for 3 months no studdering/hiccups......then i installed the cpe dp....got cel code po192/po107....after that i start having studdering/hiccups on wot in 3rd/4th.....

what car and what were the mods and fuel req. these cars seem to be all over the place. some run stupid rich others run lean with the same mods. you have people adding fuel while others are drastically taking it away

I'm around Sunday. PM or send back a place n time to meet up here. I'll come up towards the Oakland /Wayne area.

Stuttering G O N E.
btw i do not understand this car. it does the opposite of logic.

When its cold, cars run leaner.
When you modify the intake/exhaust, cars run leaner.

So ok its 26 degrees outside, my car only stutters when its cold. i went to datalog some runs. Sure enough 4k rpm begins to stutter and doesnt slow down till 6k. ok i got that on file. next i go to the extreme and add 8 percent of fuel after 3k rpm till redline. i get on it, 4k rpm BOOOOOM it felt like some1 slammed the brakes hard. my friend was following me and called me instantly saying that i might have lost my bumper in the fireball i shot out. So i try it again, same exact result. VIOLENT boost/fuel cut. So im like ok this makes ZERO sense, so i lean the car out -2 after 4k rpm. i have NEVER felt this car pull harder in my life. now im going to list all the things that make ZERO SENSE.

1. only happens in cold weather. Cold weather equals leaner conditions
2. only happens witht he forge bpv. Stock one leaks and doesnt hold boost.
a leaking bpv richens the car, not leans it out. wtf
3. how is my car running richer then stock after i/tbe?
4. this car is gay....but quick as hell now
5. i have a headace and can't believe leaning it out solved all my problems.
6. i feel stupid for spending money ona fuel pump(rockon)

hmmm imma have to try this theory out once the roads are more driveable...pullfuel out eh, that just sounds soo weird

im telling you i added fuel and the stuttering got worse. I added some more and it felt like some1 was slamming the brakes.

Heres another theory that will get proved on monday once my pump comes in. I might not be running really rich. I might be on the verge of maxing out the stock pump. By adding fuel im pushing the pump over the limit and completly shutting it off, by subtracting a little fuel im keeping it within its operating range. Once again just guesses till monday. Once i put the new pump on, ill add fuel again, if it fully cuts out then my car just runs stupid rich.

so where did u pull fuel out? between what throttle position and what rpm's?
did u add any fuel anywhere? whats ur boost clip set to?
did u messs with any timing?

1.9 and right 2655-3621 i added 3 percent.
1.9 and right 3862-redline i subtracted 2

boost set to 17.2
boost clip at 10
no timing changes.

Cpe sent me a map for I/tbe and he was taking away as much at 9 percent of fuel up top and adding a lil where i added. He was also increasing timing by 3 degrees up top. Seemed dangerous to me so i didnt even use it.

WOW, i did the opposite, since its gotten colder ive kinda felt the car startin to die on me in the higher rpm's and im adding 2%
my a/f at wot is 10.2-10.5
maybe i should try leaning the car out at a few spots
whats the altitude of wher u live as well???

is there anyway u can post the map that sent cp-e, just so i can do some comparing

boost is set to 16psi
boost clip at 13
