I have a friend at work who owns one, a non turbo, but nice. He wants to buy a J-SPEC turbo rear clip and install the drivetrain in his N/A.
Tri-C said:MR2 turbos were rated, I believe, at 200 hp and they do scoot. My '91 is NA (only 130 hp) and is plenty peppy with the 5 speed. The MSP has forced it out of its garage space and it will go on the block in a month or so.
