It does seem really shtty. He had a decent rep here. I guess he should be "Tagged" in the Avatar as a minimum till both parties are happy...

this may sound like a joke but its not -- would you be willing to take the seats to a UPS store for him since he dont have time or i should say is having problems???
I talked with my UPS rep at my job and he could not believe that they didnt ship the seats if indeed Ricky had them all ready at the store --- he said that they can ship anything and that if the store indeed turned Ricky away -- thats bad buisness especially with the new compatition in town ---
so now my rep would like the name and location of the store because they dont need this kinda customer mishap going on ---- he said he has some pull over these matters and if this story if true then they need a good explanation ----
ps if you do this -- and i actually get my seats and sliders --- then i can kick you few bucks for your time -- but only after i get them
and i know some of you dont think i should fork out any more money -- but if a few bucks more will save my investment -- then i would be fine -------

I know this is a bad situation but there is no reason to start dragging some of us into this cause we know Ricky. And Matthew there is no reason to keep posting like this, we are all trying to get ahold of him. I called and left him a message yesterday on his celly, he will call me back when he gets the message. He is obviously in a position where he isnt getting any of his messages. I have bought something from Ricky before, he is legit and he is not the type to take someones money and run. I am going to offer to ship the seats for him once I talk to him. I have access to big boxes and the supplies to get them shipped. There is a bunch of us over at MOCC that are trying to get this problem resolved, so once one of us hears from Ricky we will take care of this. We are also trying to get ahold of his girlfriend maybe she knows what is up.

Hey Matthew lay of F bombs there is no need for all this. I totally agree with you in the aspect of him making it suck for everyone else on the boards, I'm not trying to make excuses for him either, I've known him for jsut over a year and he just does not seem like the type to screw anyone out of money. If Ricky is having problems or cant get the time to get them shipped -- then i have good cause to ask for help -- Im not trying to get anyone mad or go over and beat him up -- thats not what is going on --
and as far as Matthew goes -- he may be a little forward or extreme but he does have his own opinions and even tho its a little harsh -- he is sorta right --
i have missed out on some good deals because of this and now im concidering selling my car since i cant get s*** for it ----
anyways read about 6 posts down where i put about the UPS store -- Im seriuos about this guy getting things done --- all i need it the name of the store and then all that would need to be done it the seats taken back to the store ----
