Anyone know how to install grill home made inserts in a 3rd Gen Pro?

Title says it all. I went to Home Depot and got the ghetto gutter grills, but had a time trying to get them cut to size and just as important, stay in to place. I know there are forums on a '99, but the emblem is not in the middle of the grill like on the newer ones. Any suggestions? I also want to do the lower grills which I imagine would be easier since there is nothing centered in the grill, just the outer fog lights. (2001 ES sedan)

Its a lot of trail and error to be honest with you. Lay the grill on top of the current grill (I took mine out) and mark out where you want to cut make it a little larger in case of mistakes. As far as the emblem goes do the same except cut it smaller and then gradually cut it to fit. As far as the bottom ones, I took my bumper off entirely and unscrewed the plastic inserts out of the fog light area and cut some grill and used the screws to screw it into the back. You can do the same with the middle and if you dont have screws use some epoxy to ahere it to the bumper. :) Good luck

Oh and I used small zippy ties to keep the top gril in place. No problems and unless you know where they are you wont see them :)
